You are applying for your first U.S. passport;

Your previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under the age of 16;

Your previous U.S. passport was issued more than 15 years age​;

Your passport is Lost or Stolen
This service is designed to assist individuals in preparing for their visit to a Passport Acceptance Agent, where their signature(s) will be witnessed.

All first-time applicants must visit a Passport Acceptance Agent to have their signatures witnessed and submit their application.​

As a Passport Expediting Service, we are not an authorized Passport Acceptance Facility and, therefore, cannot witness signatures on applications

It is a 2-step process and includes:

Guiding you through the application process, answering any questions, and performing a thorough review to ensure everything is accurate.

Verifying that all required supporting documents are in order.

Take your passport photo.

Issuing the necessary money order(s) for government fees. You can conveniently pay with a credit card.

Assisting you in finding a Passport Acceptance Agent to witness your signature(s) and submit your application. While we strive to secure an appointment for you, availability cannot be guaranteed and we will discuss options for visiting an agent at your appointment. ​​​
- For children 15 and under both parents and the minor must appear before an Acceptance Agent to have signatures witnessed.
- For those that are 16 and 17 they must have 1 parent present.
- This is a required government mandated step of your passport application.

If one parent is not able to attend, that parent can fill out form DS-3053 (Parental Consent Form). In addition to the completed, notarized form, a copy of the front and back of the non-attending parent’s drivers license is required.

Children under the age of 16:

Must be accompanied by both parents at the post office or at the courthouse to sign the minor’s application.

Both parent’s valid identification and minor’s certified birth certificate are required.
