Why are Child Applicant travel dates important to us?
It is important to understant that all NEW Applicants must visit a Passport Acceptance Facility. This is where you will sign your application under oath.
We are not a Passport Acceptance Facility, we are a Registered Passport Hand Carry Service.
We can help New Applicants in two ways and your your travel date determines whether you qualify for:

Urgent Hand-Carry Service: 5-6 day passport processing for those who have urgent travel to a foreign country in the next 14 days with a proof departure or need a foreign visa in the next 28 days, OR

Passport Application Assistance: For those traveling beyond 3 weeks. This service is designed for people who would like help preparing to visit a Passport Acceptance Agent where you will submit through regular government channels. With this option we help answer your questions, complete application forms, take your photos, provide checks for government fees, and assist in locating an acceptance agent where you will finalize the submission. Processing speeds for this option are currently 3 weeks (Expedited) or 6 weeks (Routine).
Regardless of the service you select...
All new passport applicants are required to visit a Passport Acceptance Agent to have their signature(s) witnessed.
As a Passport Expediting Service, we are not an authorized Passport Acceptance Facility and, therefore, cannot witness signatures on new applications.
Urgent Hand-Carry Service: After visting the Acceptance Agent, you will return to our office with your application materials sealed into an envelope by the Acceptance Agent. We then submit your packet directly to the Houston Passport Agency for 5-7 Day processing.
Passport Application Assistance: The Acceptance Agent will keep all application materials for submission with your choice of either 3 week or 6 week processing.
** You have the option of Visiting an Agent Directly if you are comfortable with passport application procedures.

You will be treated as a NEW Applicant if any of the following apply:

You are applying for your first U.S. passport;

Your previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under the age of 16 (valid for 5yrs);

Your previous U.S. passport has been expired more than 5 years;

Your passport is Lost or Stolen

Your passport is Damaged
